A Hospital Director of Quality position is now available in the Boston, MA area for an experienced Healthcare Quality Leader passionate about using evidenced based practice to increase hospital system-wide quality initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Hospital Quality Director to join a large nationwide healthcare organization and work with their corporate Quality Department. 

This Quality Director position requires a bachelor’s degree, prior healthcare leadership experience, with strong quality and patient safety experience. The Director Quality will report to the VP Medical Affairs and will work with a collaborative local hospital and corporate Quality team. The Quality Director will oversee hospital infection prevention, risk management, regulatory affairs, performance improvement, and patient safety. The Hospital Director Quality will collaborate with hospital department leaders to support monitoring and implementing of quality measures. 

The Hospital Director Quality will join the leadership team of a strong hospital healthcare network.
