Under the direction of the Nutrition Services Manager, the Assistant Manager of Nutrition Services will oversee all food services activities of the Nutrition Services Department. The Nutrition Services Assistant Manager will play a vital role in all of the food service activities for the hospital; this includes: patient nutrition, safety and hygiene, training in preparation and presentation of food, menu planning, planning of catering events, and finally, the Assistant Manager of Nutrition will participate in maintenance of policies and procedures in the department. This hospital is looking for an assistant manager of nutrition services who is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist through Commission for Dietetic Registration or someone who has a background in Food Sciences, Nutrition, or Dietetics.
