A very rare opportunity is now available with a non-profit medical center for a vibrant Director of Women’s Services to be a part of!

The Director of Women’s Services will be on an interim, 13-week assignment, in a beautiful area of Maryland, to oversee the mother baby, labor and delivery, and the special care nursery in an exceptional medical facility. The medical facility is dedicated to taking excellent care of their employees. The Interim Director of Women’s Services will be lucratively compensated, provided with two roundtrip plane tickets back to their home state per month to visit loved ones, a rental car, and comfortable housing, chosen by the Interim Director of Women’s Services.

The Interim Director of Women’s Services will gain valuable experience within this interim contract assignment through collaborating with the knowledgeable CNO. The medical center’s state-of-the-art Labor and Delivery unit will be led by the Interim Director of Women’s Services. Quality of care will be ensured throughout the continuum of care in the antepartum, labor and delivery, postpartum, and the special care nursery by the Interim Director of Women’s Services as well. The Interim Nurse Director will find community within the medical center as they get to know the kind labor and delivery nurses, nurse practitioners, and other providers within the unit. The Labor and Delivery unit has been awarded National Safe Sleep Hospital Certification at the Bronze Level.
