Job Description:

Duties: Conduct a mix of business analysis, project management, coding, testing, and technology support. Responsible for defining future state workflows for all AIS Teams. Implement agreed workflows. Liaise with stakeholders to help define the future needs of the platform. Define future state integration required for these workflows. Work with technology to create road maps around integration and platform improvement. Test any changes to technology and workflows pre-technology release. Maintain and continually upgrade existing workflows and integration in platform. Act as main point of contact on any production issues encountered by users on the platform.

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Business Management, or a related field of study (employer will accept either a three (3) or four (4) year degree) plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as a Technology/Transformation Analyst, Software Engineer, or related role.

Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following skills: Hedge Fund Services across three or more functions including Investment Operations, Middle Office Operations, Fund Accounting & Financial Reporting; Hedge Fund Services Core Technology Applications (Advent Geneva or VPM); financial instruments (Listed and OTC); counterparty reconciliation platforms (Smart Stream or Fund Recs); Excel (complex formulas and basic macros); project management; and business analysis and business requirement description (BRD) creation.
