We are currently seeking a .NET Application Support Specialist to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Job Responsibilities Include:

* Ability to provide break/fix and configuration support and troubleshooting

* Determine the issue and identify the underlying problem

* Resolve known issues and escalate new issues to L3, as needed

* Co-ordinate with L3 support for application bug/ enhancement requirement, mentor and manage L1 team

* Proactively review and update all knowledgebase content, contributes to applicable standards, methods, and tools for process improvement

* Interacts with field location to standardize support practice and procedures

* Ability to quickly understand the application system and integration points

* Proficiency in tool deployments and installs (Windows Server)

Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience with .NET applications - Ability to read and understand .NET / C# code for debugging purposes

* Minimum of 3 years of experience with MS SQL - Strong proficiency in SQL queries to author, execute for debugging purposes

* Minimum of 1 year of experience in UI development

Preferred Skills:

* Ability to quickly understand the application system and integration points

* Proficiency in tool deployments and installs (Windows Server)
