JOB SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Sleep Lab Coordinator, performs routine polysomnographic testing for the purpose of diagnosis and therapeutic analysis of sleep disorders. Exercises technical knowledge in respiratory anatomy, physiology, pathology, polysomnographic recordings and respiratory therapy equipment associated with sleep disorders.
Must demonstrate Clinical competency in the following areas:
* Baseline studies
* Split night studies
* ASV and CPAP Titration studies.
QUALIFICATIONS
* High school diploma/GED required. Technical degree preferred.
* Registered as a Sleep Tech.
* Minimum 1 year of related experience required.
* Current BLS required.
