Hi, I'm , Global HR Manager at Puppet,
I'm looking for a Global HR Generalist to join our team to make magic happen for employees at Puppet! Our team is on an exciting journey helping Puppet grow and develop a strong high performance culture. We need someone who can jump in on project management, facilitation of training and onboarding, coaching leaders and employees, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Valuable experiences and skills you'll bring to Puppet
- 2+ years experience in HR coordination required
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, methodologies
- Experience driving internal Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access programs
- Global experience, bonus points if you have experience in EMEA and APAC
- Active listening skills - you are all ears when employees have questions, comments, concerns.
- Public Speaking / Zoom Presentation skills - you know how to keep an audience engaged.
Bonus, but not required (shout about it in your application if you have experience):
- 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Lattice experience
- UltiPro experience
- Crucial Conversations Trainer Certification
- Insights Trainer Certification
- The Leadership Challenge Trainer Certification
- PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP or other HR professional certifications
