Accounts Payable Processor

Performs a variety of support tasks in one or more areas of the financial shared services: Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Travel. Responsibilities for Payroll include reviews and validates timekeeping records, prepares, compiles and maintains various payroll records to ensure programmed calculations in automated systems accurately perform all factors affecting employees' pay or accounting distribution. Responsibilities for Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable include checks and verifies records, prepares invoices and vouchers, posts ledger and general journal entries and/or balances accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
