The Non Invasive CV Manager reports directly to the Cardiovascular

Service Line Director. The NICV Manager is responsible for

coordinating daily activities of Non-Invasive Cardiology Services

including managing departmental procedures as well as all clinical and

clerical staff. Assists director to establish departmental procedures

within the framework established by the Hospital Administration and

coordinates staffing, scheduling and outcome measures for all Non-

Invasive Cardiac testing. Monitors competency and expertise of the

department personnel. The Non-Invasive Cardiology Manager works

in close collaboration with the CV Coordinators to achieve and

maintain departmental standards and regulations. Assures that

equipment is maintained per established procedures. Provides training

programs for department staff. Responsible for continuing

Performance Improvement. Participates in planning work of assigned

units and coordinates activities with other patient care units and related

departments including echo, EKG, stress testing, cardiac rehab and

clerical staff. Plans and organizes training for staff members, and

participates in guidance and educational programs. Provides direct

patient care when necessary for all patient age groups.

RCS/RDCS licensure preferred.

Dysrrhythmia certification.

BLS required

ACLS preferred.

Graduate of an accredited allied health Cardiovascular program.

Minimum of five years Non-Invasive Cardiology experience.

Minimum of two years of Clinical management experience.

Extensive experience in all forms of stress testing, EKG, Echo.

Minimum of two years of Cardiac Rehab experience.

Experience in development and implementation of revenue

enhancements and cost savings enhancements.
