Job Description:

HR Ops Coordinator
at Puppet, Inc. Remote, United States

Hi, I'm , Global HR Manager at Puppet,

I'm looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to join our Puppet People team to help create amazing employee experiences for Puppet employees. This position will be critical in continuing to drive our focus around welcoming and retaining incredible employees. If you are great at process improvement, keeping things organized and compliant, and going the extra mile for your stakeholders, Puppet is the place where you will find the opportunity.

At Puppet, our People Team plays a central role in the employee lifecycle. Our team works across all levels of the organization; engaging with executive stakeholders, interacting heavily with our employees across the globe, and collaborating with all different teams to gather deeper insights into creating great experiences for our employees. You'll be an integral part of making these great experiences come to life for Puppet employees!

Meaningful work you'll contribute

- Assist with day-to-day data entry into People Team systems

- Coordinate the documentation and processing needed for onboarding/offboarding of employees

- Monitor People Team communication channels and respond/escalate as appropriate

- Design, audit, and maintain People Team intranet pages to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Partner across the People Team on program enablement activities

- Assist in the coordination of various People Team events

You are...

- Customer-obsessed. You build processes and resources that make things clean, crisp, and easy for our \\"customers\\" (aka employees) and the People team. You have the ability to connect with people and know the importance of partnering across the organization.

- Scrappy and self-directed. You are skilled at autonomously driving process improvement in a startup environment with minimal guidance and limited resources while having a ton of freedom and creativity to continue moving forward. You roll up your sleeves to do the hard work of keeping things organized and compliant.

- Adventurous and resilient. You like to take risks and try new methods and practices. When things don't work out exactly as planned, you see it as a learning experience and use it to help you improve your strategy.

Valuable experiences and skills you'll bring to Puppet

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Intermediate understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.

- Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Intermediate technical ability with various People Team systems and programs.

Bonus, but not required (shout about it in your application if you have experience):

- Basic knowledge of process improvement

- Experience with any of the following programs: Ultipro, Lattice, Looker, Concur, LinkedIn Learning, Confluence, Jira and/or Greenhouse

We are hiring at various experience levels and we're particularly interested in having a diverse team with a broad set of skills and viewpoints. If this seems like your dream job, but you're not sure if you qualify, apply anyway!
