The Senior HR Generalist provides day-to-day tactical execution of human resources processes and programs by evaluating compliance, administering programs and processes and delivering exemplary client partnership in order to create a fair and equitable workplace ultimately impacting risk, liability and company performance.

Job Tasks:
- Monitor compliance with Human Resources policies, procedures and practices and effectively communicates company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and explains need for compliance.
- Develop and/ or enhance Policies & Procedures (P&P) and Handbook materials.
- Guide leaders and team members through challenging situations.
- Generate detailed reports using Workday HRIS and other relevant HR systems by determining relevant data criteria and formatting for clear interpretation.
- Prepare team member communication documents including new hire, disability, benefit, separation notices and related documentation. Assist in the dissemination and collection of data and forms.
- Develop and manage communication strategies and delivery instruments.
- Data management: Create and maintain various HR documents, databases, and files, including spreadsheets, reports, etc.
- Perform quantitative and statistical analysis to assess the cost and impact of various HR related decisions, identifying and recommending solutions to arising problems.
- Maintain knowledge of and ensure adherence to current legislation and various government regulations affecting employment practices. Perform special studies and benchmarking as directed.
- Communicate and interact effectively with all levels of team members and leadership, as well as with outside vendors and candidates.
- Organize, prioritize and allocate workload for optimum efficiency.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Dedicate 30 to 40% of time to support HRSC Specialists as a Case Manager and Mentor.
- Meet w/ the HRSC team on a weekly basis through 30 minute check-in's to discuss current case load, workload/ tasks, opportunities for training and provide guidance and tips.
- Responsible for the contribution and development of tools and resources (e.g. FAQs, Job-Aids, online documentation) for team knowledge base in order to centralize knowledge and expedite resolutions.
- Available for daily escalation of issues from HRSC in order to address complex and unique situations.
- Provide input and guidance on performance management plans, leveraging company tools and resources and reinforcing best practices.
- Develop training programs related to employee relations topics and process updates in order to inform team members and leaders.
- Manages affirmative action planning (AAP) process enterprise-wide and ensures compliance with EEO requirements. Responsible for timely and accurate filing of all EEO reports, affirmative action plans, and implementing hiring practices in accordance with affirmative action objectives.
- Guide leaders through Reduction in Force process and lead internal process of completing appropriate analytics, documentation and notification.
- Manage exit interview process for all exiting team members.
- Manage employee relations related reporting and analytics.

Minimum Education/Certifications:
- Bachelors Degree in HR or equivalent combination of education & experience
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of HR related experience with an emphasis in employee relations
- 5 years of business related experience managing through complex situations and difficult conversations
Preferred Experience
- 1 year leadership or supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
