Role Overview

The Digital HR Design Leader will play a key role in the enablement of the digital services strategy, continued innovation, and sustainment of the Oracle HMC cloud application.

As a member of the HR Organization, you will be working with a diverse group of stakeholders and driving the ongoing technology strategy that will enable the Global HR organization.

As part of the firm's ongoing commitment to innovation, premium employee experiences, minimizing risks and strengthening controls, JPMorgan Chase launched the Human Capital management (HCM) Cloud Initiative in 2018. This program continues to lead the transformation of the employee and manager experience, advancement of analytics insights, simplification of processes and technology infrastructure. There is a significant opportunity to simplify, personalize, and digitize the employee experience from recruit to retire.

The role will be responsible for the implementation of new Innovation and Cross Product Capabilities across the Digital organization. This role will work with the Digital Product Owners, COE Leads, and Technology partners to deliver on the end to end employee experience, supporting the execution and implementation of the digital services strategy with the new HCM Cloud based platform at the center of the strategy.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Leads the implementation of new Innovations & Cross Product Capabilities

• Drives continued innovation including building strategies and roadmaps

• Enable Digital HR strategy and experience focused on continued rollouts of HCM cloud, Mobile, RPA, Digital Assistance, Chatbots, etc.

• Support the build Digital Initiative plans, options, and business cases; present, refine with key stakeholders

• Partner with HR and Workforce Technology leaders and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and influence the adoption and seamless execution of the strategy

• Facilitate alignment and integrations across teams to increase performance and meet KPIs

• Communicate strategy and plans across all levels of the organization

• Responsible for continued assessment and evolution of moments that matter, journey maps, and business processes based on operational needs

• Provide regular and ad-hoc metrics and status updates to HR and IT leaders

Qualifications:

• Requires 10 years of HR technology experience with HCM cloud and digital technologies

• Requires 15 years of implementation and leadership experience, change management, and management of large and diverse teams

• Strong execution and negotiation skills

• Highly Collaborative, can build rapport and credibility quickly with all levels of the organization

• Ability to cultivate and lead cross-functional relationships to maximize product value

• Ability to prioritize business initiatives and follow through to completion

• Experience with technical concepts and working with technical staff

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Project and PowerPoint tools)

• College degree or comparable professional experience required

• Experience with financial services or banking preferred
