Job Description:

Responsibilities: This role is responsible for developing and executing on a product roadmap that incorporates key components: customer insights generated through research, customer behavior analysis, competitive insights and credit card industry trends, and deep understanding of credit card economics and P&L drivers. This role will define core card value propositions and act as end-to-end owner of bringing them to life for customers, in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders such as finance, technology, legal, brand, marketing, and public relations

Qualifications:

Significant product development and/or product management experience, preferably focused on multiple customer segments and/or multiple products

End-to-end experience creating the strategy for products and benefits (including customer insights, business case, competitive landscape, value proposition, legal/regulatory requirements, positioning, and customer experience)

Experience launching new benefits or products in market that provide clear customer value and an excellent customer experience that is competitively differentiated

People leadership experience, with ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment

Master of Business Administration degree or graduate business degree

Have exceptional communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to generate buy-in from multiple audiences, including cross-functional stakeholders and senior executives
