In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting supporting technology, including budgeting and forecasting, with an emphasis on technology programs and projects. In addition to your financial reporting responsibilities, you will be involved in maintaining allocations and helping support our reporting environment through data validation and maintenance. You will interface regularly with technology business managers, senior leaders of these functions & their teams as well as Global Technology Finance and Business Management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities -
• Distribute monthly financial reporting packages to communicate business results in a transparent and concise manner to all constituents
• Monthly non-labor expense load and Clarity financial reconciliation
• Produce monthly allocation SAPCO loads and LOB reporting presentations
• Assist with the preparation of accurate and timely Quarterly Business Review and Monthly Executive Management Reporting materials
• Generate monthly, annual, and multi-year Budgeting / forecasting
• Proactively analyze financial results, trends, research issues, and provide variance commentary
• Ability to package and present projections, performance trends, and performance outlooks in an executive format
• Hierarchy Maintenance
• Possess strong interpersonal skills for partnering with various levels of the organization
• Liaise with Central Global Technology Finance team to provide information on a monthly and ad hoc basis
• Special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed
Qualifications -
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-6 years of relevant finance/accounting experience
• Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, leadership, and quantitative skills; aptitude to drive reporting and projects individually and with a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - must have the ability to build strong working relationships with the management team and team members within the business
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and tasks
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Experienced user of Essbase and proficiency in SAP
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint/Pitchpro
