Job Description:

As a member of our Software Engineering Group, we look first and foremost for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. You'll be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise in Java/J2EE Spring software development to provide solutions to business requirements for a Financial oversight application, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. We are a global team with software engineers across multiple technolofgy hubs in various regions/countries.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge of application development with J2EE/Spring platforms, Oracle database SQL, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Understanding of J2EE/Web tiered architecture and systems design and API based architectures
• Working proficiency in development toolsets for Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA, Kafka and JMS messaging, Oracle Database SQL.
• Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices like Agile, build tools like Maven/Jenkins.
• Ability to work in large, collaborative globally situated teams to achieve organizational goals
• Passionate about building an innovative culture
• Proficiency in Core Java programming language
• Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
