The Contact Strategy Insight Analyst will develop insights derived from large datasets across multiple, disparate data sources using various analytic methods to help inform recommendations and business decisions for the Home Lending business.
Our Data & Analytics group is looking for a talented, highly motivated individual to join the Platforms and Utilities team as a Product Manager for our Marketing Data Platform. You will join a dynamic environment and work with multiple business areas to design, build, and roll-out initiatives that deliver on our shared vision and strategy to personalize marketing content for the millions of customers we serve.
The Platforms and Utilities product team is focused on making the Chase customer experience more personalized through data. The successful candidate will join a newly formed team that is working across business, technology and marketing teams to develop and deploy a Marketing Data Platform that will improve and transform the experience for our customers through personalization-at-scale using Big Data and Machine Learning.
Key Responsibilities:
The Product Manager, Marketing Data Platform will:
Manage the development and evolution of the new Chase Marketing Data Platform
Engage and drive a cross-functional team to identify product requirements and define user stories
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external stakeholders
Prioritize requests and development activity, taking into account the product roadmap, business outcomes, and customer impact
Partner with our Digital Technology team to deliver high quality solutions through Agile methodologies and tools
Collaborate with the product support team to ensure ongoing maintenance and performance
Actively problem solve, gain alignment, and communicate product status to a diverse set of stakeholders across lines-of-businesses, marketing, operations, and technology
Establish processes and document methodologies, benchmarks, and key learnings that contribute to continued evolution of the product and the product teams
Qualifications:
5+ years hands-on product management experience, consulting, technology, business analysis, or relevant transferrable skills with data management
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to convey strategic implications and actionable recommendations to all levels of management
Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong working partnerships across teams, disciplines, and organizations
Skilled at presenting fact-based recommendations in a clear, logical, and concise way - i.e. 'tell a story' with data
Proven analytical and strategic decision making skills, including the ability to quickly assimilate new information
Ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical levels
Hands-on experience building products or running projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, LeSS, etc.) and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Familiarity with customer, product or marketing analytics
Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform to high standards while operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
