Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering acquisition strategies, marketing campaigns and reinforcement communications for a Co-brand relationship.

Responsibilities


  • Collaborating with the Partner, lead the planning, prioritization, development and execution of the acquisitions roadmap
  • Execute marketing and communication strategy, optimizing for business results, customer satisfaction, and controls
  • Cultivate and manage key external relationships with our Co-brand Partner
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal business partners (e.g. Marketing CoEs, Research, Finance, Risk, Operations, Digital, & Controls) to deliver on business objectives
  • Analyze business results and data for the purposes of validating strategy, driving awareness and consideration, and improving the customer experience

Qualifications


  • Self-starter with 5+ years of acquisitions marketing experience
  • Superior collaborative and influencing abilities across a matrixed organizational environment
  • Strong communications skills, including verbal, written and presentation delivery
  • Strong understanding of card performance and financial drivers
  • Strategic insight and ability to identify business opportunities with a bias for action
  • Prior experience managing co-brand partner or external relationships a plus
  • Familiarity with T&E, Loyalty or Partner programs
  • Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills required
