Wealth Management (WM) Operations supports the JPMorgan Private Bank in JP Morgan's Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) line of business. Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client experience, working closely with client service, fiduciary, product specialty groups, third party vendors and other internal groups.
Position Summary
Private Banking Cash Operations is currently looking to hire a qualified candidate to fill an open UAT / Business Analyst role within Private Banking Cash Operations on the Cash Applications Release Management Team. The team is responsible for migrating to a new cash application (Payment Connect) for the US and International Private Bank. The UAT / Business analyst will be responsible for performing and automating user acceptance testing for releases and supporting new projects within the organization, including developing and documenting test cases with users and product owners and producing routine metrics on testing progress. This position will require support for application releases on select weekends for production check outs.
Responsibilities
• Develop knowledge of the end to end workflow process
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Information Technology teams in identifying new designs and standards for the Cash application
• Partner with key stakeholders in translating the business needs into functional requirements and feature files in BDD format to aid in UAT and end-to-end regression testing of the product
• Coordinate and execute UAT across US Operations
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues identified by team members to determine if the issue is a defect, enhancement or user error
• Define testing and production tickets with well documented requirements for the developers to translate into code
• Maintain a product backlog of test scenarios and use cases
• Produce test metrics and daily reporting to all key stakeholders
• The selected individual may be asked to assist with other tasks / projects at management discretion
Qualifications
• 5+ years with UAT experience delivering technology or business solutions
• Experience with automated testing on scripts written in BDD format
• Proficiency in design thinking and agile methodologies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Team player with excellent organization and task management skills
• Experience working in agile project methodology including writing user stories
• Adapts to a rapidly changing business and technical environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Advanced computer skills: MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint)
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability - ability to analyze complex problems / scenarios, identify root cause and determine remediation steps
• Detail oriented and willing to dive into the details to understand current state and document user stories
• Ability to build relationships with peers and colleagues across business and technology
• Strong work ethic
• Demonstrated ability to manage to tight delivery timelines and calmness under pressure
• Knowledge of Private Banking, CPI and JIRA are a plus
