The Legal Department of JPMorgan Chase & Co provides legal services and advice to the Firm. The NAMR Recruiting Team is currently hiring an experienced Legal to source talent for the Legal recruiter to support the department's talent acquisition initiatives. The hiring of top talent - attorney and non-attorney - is vital to the success of the department.
This hire may be based in Plano, TX or Newark, DE. Critical to success will be the ability to source top talent externally, and provide superior client/candidate service. In this role, you will handle talent identification and cultivation for various legal roles of different complexities. You will be a subject matter expert on all things related to legal talent in the marketplace. You will be expected to do deep dive research to uncover passive talent through proactive outreach. You will map key players for various niche legal areas and pipeline talent for future needs. Critical to success will be the ability to drive forward our mission to identify and hire diverse legal talent. Superior relationship management, advisory, presentation and consultative capabilities with stakeholders is needed.
