The Co-brand Product Manager will lead product development and innovation between Chase and a Co-brand Partner.

The candidate will serve as the business owner and lead for select projects designed to drive new account acquisitions, customer engagement and a "customer-obsessed" approach to the cardmember experience. The scope of responsibility includes business case development, requirements creation, design oversight, socialization and management of the end-to-end customer experience associated with innovation roadmap projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the Partner, lead the planning, prioritization, development and execution of the product innovation roadmap
• Execute the delivery of new features and capabilities
• Cultivate and manage key external relationships with our Co-brand Partner
• Coordinate and liaise with internal business partners (e.g. Research, Finance, Risk, Operations, Digital, Technology) to deliver on business objectives
• Analyze data for the purposes of validating feature performance, improving customer experience and informing future prioritization

Qualifications

• Self-starter with 5-10 years of marketing, product innovation and digital/IT project experience
• Superior collaborative and influencing abilities across a matrixed organizational environment
• Strong communications skills, including verbal, written and presentation delivery
• Understanding of card performance and financial drivers
• Strategic insight and ability to identify business opportunities with a bias for action
• Familiarity with T&E, Loyalty or Partner programs
• Prior experience managing partner or external relationships a plus
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills required
