University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) Department of Neurological Sciences is seeking a full -time board certified/board eligible Neurologist with a successfully completed residency training in Neurology and a Neuromuscular Fellowship. Must have or be eligible to obtain a license to practice medicine in the State of Nebraska. This faculty member would participate in both clinical, research, and teaching opportunities with rotating Neurology Residents / medical students in a supportive academic, hospital, and community environment and may participate on coverage of the academic general neurology inpatient/consultation service. The faculty member would conduct/evaluate electrophysiological studies, and provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care for patients with neuromuscular disease. The ideal candidate will have an interest in academic medicine with an emphasis on clinic-based practice.
