The Role
Mission
The Sr. Channel Marketing Leader is part of a lean multi-disciplinary team that drives demand outcomes for the sales organization within Atlas Copco Power Technique North America LLC.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide leadership in marketing strategy development for:

* Dealer Channel
* National Rental Channel
* Independent Regional Rental Channel
* Self-Serve Channel
Analysis of channels and creation of Channel Scorecards
Launch Channel (Dealer) Portal
Go to Market strategies including Account Base Marketing (ABM), Communication plan, Dealer Portal, Sales Enablement, Dealer Program, Co-op Marketing, Accountability
Create strong relationships with Sales and Business Dev Managers to improve individual channel tactics
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams on product launches, sales initiatives through each channel
Work with copywriters/designers to create channel-specific collateral and generate new content ideas focused on our dealer audience
Align channel marketing with company marketing make it an extension of what we do to improve overall market impact
Expert in cross channel growth strategies
Work closely with Service to implement post purchase channel programs
Leverage Finance team to ensure wholesale and retail programs are aligned with needs of dealers
Manage and oversee channel reporting including defining KPIs and measuring the success of each channel
Maintain channel onboarding and data management for CRM platform
Stay up to date with latest ABM tactics and channel rules for engagement
Provide constructive feedback
Adhere to rules and regulations
Deliberate planning, strategy and goal setting
Create and present strategies, execution and results
Cultivation of leads and sales
Help Atlas Copco (brands) become sticky with our channel partners.

What we expect of you*
Experience
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with CRM systems, building channel and marketing strategies, and understanding the multiple channel approach to the market.
The successful candidate should also have an understanding of and experience in managing co-op marketing programs.
Education
This position requires a bachelor s degree in marketing or similar, with a master s degree preferred. Educational background in marketing, demand generation, strategy, channel strategy, and digital first approach is essential.
Skills
This position requires proven experience in project t management and strategy development.
It also requires an understanding of the basic concepts of demand generation.
Travel
Modest travel may be required in this role.
