Nemours is seeking an experienced Employee Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Wilmington, DE.  The NP or PA will provide medical oversight and clinical leadership of the enterprise Employee Health function for all associates to support and promote safety in the workforce.

Qualified candidates will:

• Direct and coordinate the medical care of associates




• Participate in administrative decision-making, establish policies, procedures and guidelines designed to ensure clinical best practice for associate occupational health issues




• Be able to obtain clear and active Delaware and Florida medical licenses
