Partner with Controls and Audit teams to ensure adherence to policies and controls within SQL platforms
Execute mitigation/control testing with a high degree of quality and accurate results - QC/QA
Communicate testing results clearly to business partners and control support teams
Train MIS users on risk and process procedures to mitigate errors
Operate through multiple applications and tools to understand policies/procedures, gain clarity on various products/services, and research the root cause to solve issues for business partners and clients
Identify and communicate recommendations for business process risk mitigation and control improvement
Responsive and accessible to partners and team, collaborates effectively
•Foster relationships to drive new initiatives and ensure all performance metrics and regulations are met to support business partners and clients
Able to document findings, keep detailed records, recommending further review and provide support for further investigations.
Required Skills:
Stromg knowledge of SQL infrastructure and data domain process
Deep understanding of data structure
Adept at explaining and converting complex concepts into digestible information to be consumed by audiences at various levels of the business
Demonstrated very high level of professionalism and sense of urgency
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments, achieve deadlines and deliver quality results within a team environment; know the details
Flexible and adaptable in response to changing demands
Preferred Skills:
Functional industry experience in operations, risk, or technology customer service
Knowledge of the mortgage industry
Proficient with JIRA
