Now Hiring an Sr. Big Data ETL Developer

Seeking highly motivated Sr. Big Data ETL Developer for the SVOC Snowflake project. This position requires to team up with architects to design a process to load flattened semi structured Graph data to Snowflake from Azure DataLake external stage using Snowpipe, using the, using Azure Databricks. You will also work on projecting the semi-structured data loaded to Snowflake on to relational Views. You will work in an Agile environment and will translate high level business requirements into detailed system design and will participate in the entire software development lifecycle. In addition you will work on finding solutions to issues during development and after deployment. You should be intellectually curious, have a solutions-oriented attitude and enjoy learning new tools and techniques.

- 2+ year experience in ETL Development on Microsoft Azure platform using Azure Databricks, Azure DataFactory & Azure Data Lake
- 2+ years of experience working with Java based applications, Apache Spark, Scala, Python and very strong SQL skills.
- 1+ years of experience working with Snowflake & Snowpipe.
- 1+ year of experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies
- 1+ year of experience in Kubernetes
- Experience in Production Support and operationalization of Applications
- Experience with manipulating and transforming data
- Exposure to the Hadoop Ecosystem (MapReduce, Oozie, Hive, Pig)
- Experience with Change Data Capture (CDC) technologies and relational databases such as MS SQL, Oracle and DB2
- Experience with DSE Graph/Cassandra will be a plus
- Strong critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including communicating technical issues to non-technical audiences
