This position is responsible for assisting the marketing manager in coordinating and executing marketing strategy within the location.

*Job Responsibilities:*

* Functions as a member of the HUB marketing team, focusing primarily on execution of marketing campaigns and programs for assigned location(s).

* Works with Marketing Manager on client-centric approach to email strategy and execution, call outreach, and social media, in support of local and national initiatives.

* Understands strategic marketing plans for key accounts and implement plans as needed.

* Builds relationships with key dealer and commercial clients. Maintain steady flow of communication through regular meeting cadence. Report on sale performance and solicit feedback from clients to assist Marketing Manager in building strategic marketing plans.

* Works within analytical reporting tools in order to understand and convey auction performance and return on marketing investment.

* Works in auction lanes on sale days to execute marketing offer(s) for commercial and dealer accounts.

* Ensures projects and day-to-day tasks are delivered on time, within budget and are in alignment with auction and regional goals and priorities.

* Partners with corporate design team and regional design support to create assets for various sales and clients.

* Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

* High School diploma required. Bachelor s degree preferred in marketing, communications, or advertising.

* 2-4 years of marketing and/or promotions experience required.

* Previous experience in the auto industry helpful, but not required.

* Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and interpersonal skills required.

* Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Adobe Creative Suite, and fundamental graphic arts knowledge is essential.

* Understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter).

* Professional demeanor with:

* Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment.

* Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.

* Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing work environment.

* Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.

* Ability to perform repetitive tasks; manual dexterity.

* Vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and depth perception.

Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions as well as noise, dust, and fumes in auction lanes.
