Given the level of specialization within People & Talent we are searching for consultants (plural) that possess a different blending of skills. Some candidates may be more focused on HR Transformation and Workforce Planning while others will be more focused on Organizational Change Management activities - driving Alignment, Adoption and Assimilation. What we're looking for

Desirable Candidate Blended Skills:

- Strong presentation and communication skills at a board level

- Ability to effectively manage relationships with senior level stakeholders and influence at senior levels within the business, yet able to engage individual contributors and line managers

- Passion for developing thought leadership, presenting white papers and speaking at seminars and conferences

- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout any aspect of the HR transformation and/or organizational change process

- Understand benefit/value realization processes and how to engage ownership of operational leaders

- Blended Expertise in any of the following areas:

- Change Management (Organizational)- Change Strategy & Planning, Stakeholder Engagement/Alignment, Impact & Readiness Assessment, Culture Transformation (High Performance Cultures, Norms, Behaviors), Benefit Realization, Communications, etc.

- HR Effectiveness- HRIS & HR Data/People Analytics, HR Policies & Processes, Benefits & Compensation, HR as a Service (HRaaS), Employee Self-Service / HR Service Catalog, Global Integration, etc.

- Talent Management- Assessment & Capability Frameworks, Performance Management, Empowerment, Succession Planning, Workforce Futures, Empowering People, Creating a High-Performance Culture, etc.

- Learning & Performance Innovation- Organization Development, Executive & Leadership Development, Instructional Design & Training Delivery, Assessment & Adaptive Learning, Virtual OTJ Training, Onboarding, etc.

- Workforce Planning:Workforce Futures, Organizational Agility, Career Pathing/Branching, Capability Frameworks, Selection Criteria, Transition Planning, etc.

- Organizational Design -Macro & Micro Level Design, Spans of Control, Decision Making Authority (Decision Rights), Governance Design, Job/Role Design & Competency Modeling (including Job Description Development), etc.

- Drive business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, etc.

Qualifications:

- Minimum six (6) years of relevant experience in a consulting or industry role, with at least one (3) years of relevant experience in an external consulting role

- Minimum four (4) years of experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously on relevant engagements

- Proven experience in business development and/or proposal development in support of related specialty areas

- Bachelors' degree

- Ability to travel 80% of the time (Monday - Thursday)
