DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Proactively partner with senior line of business (LOB) business leaders and other HR partners to drive global business/people priorities forward. Identify innovative solutions to maximize organizational design, influence change management initiatives and enhance employee engagement. Design, advise, execute, and manage talent agenda for the respective business unit ensuring close alignment with business priorities. Advise and counsel senior leaders on sophisticated organizational, leadership and people matters. Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational culture in line with business principles. Provide holistic insights and develop talent strategies to drive progress on business priorities. Protect the firm and partner with business leaders and controls partners by providing objective advice and counsel on risk and people agenda matters. Leverage knowledge of market and talent to drive best practice outcomes around the talent and people agenda. Influence, coach, and counsel all levels of employees to solve complex matters. Act as the senior relationship manager between the business and HR, bringing to bear all the appropriate HR assets in support of the business/people agenda.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field of study plus nine (9) years of experience in the job offered or nine (9) years of experience as an HR Business Partner or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: managing projects in addition to client coverage of >1000 global employee base working within Financial Services, Banking, Asset & Wealth Management domain and supporting a technology and operations workforce; regulatory and labor laws relating to employment law, local policies, and employee benefits; advising managers on recruiting, retaining, compensating, and employee development; using HR data to attract, manage, and retain employees; accessing and summarizing data with the goal of improving business performance and increasing returns on investments; HR initiatives project management such as acquiring or closing a business, driving a change management initiative, or introducing new HR products and services; Microsoft Office including PowerPoint presentations and Excel functions; and employment practices in India.JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
