Each operations unit within DS is responsible for partnering with all stake holders to establish and maintain framework that ensures best in class customer service to our DS clients, including the developtment and execution of all necessary controls for the DS Credit Support Sr Specialist.

Responsibilities

* Process all advances, payments, transfers, unit maintenance, adjustments

* Verify receipt of required documentation for advances

* Perform Research for internal as well as external customers

* Balance daily work and complete MITS transactions

* Provide world class customer service to internal and external customers
