As a Product Management Manager, you will:

Idea Creation

• Identify opportunity areas through contractor and homeowner feedback, internal brainstorming, external research, and white space analysis

Maximize Existing Products

• Evaluate existing products for contractor adoption and utilization

• Identify opportunities by and collaborate with Business Development to support contractors expand their product offerings


• Evaluate existing products across all aspects (for example use data, research, interviews, etc.) to determine:
  
  
  • How does the product compare to the competition?
  
  
  • Does the product fully serve the contractor and the homeowner?
  
  
  • Is the product priced right, achieving margin targets, or needed to be discontinued?
  
  
  
  


• Identify opportunities and determine which renovation projects should be initiated


• Move projects through the pipeline in a timely manner, evaluating against key Supportworks success criteria and recommending appropriate launch timing based on project and network readiness

Prepare product renovations for launch by:

• Recommend launch strategy and execution plan.


• Facilitate process with Marketing, Training, Technology, and Business Development to help them prepare all launch tools. For example, ID asset collection sites and facilitate securing products as they need.


• Create product outline and work with other departments to prepare back-office functions such as supplier agreements, labeling, webstore, warehouse, accounting, etc.

Education and Experience:

• College degree or equivalent


• Minimum five (5) years' experience with product management.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent data analysis skills with strong Excel competency


• Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
