Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Duties/Responsibilities
- Receive and process all lockbox deposits from various commercial customers.
- Sort, open and process batches of work as required for this function.
- Process any corrections.
- Receive and answer customers inquires in a timely manner regarding customers lockbox and research any questions that may arise from the lockbox function.
- Bill each customer monthly appropriately according to the services provided.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer account information; follow established policies and procedures in responding to inquiries and request.
- Assist with other commercial operational functions as needed.
Education
- Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year previous Retail Banking or Lockbox Opex-Falcon experience preferred.
- Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office
Qualifications
Knowledge of:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Regulations, policies, and procedures
- Strong attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meetings deadlines
Ability to:
- Work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands * Research information and analyze data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action
- Prepare comprehensive reports and represent ideas clearly and concisely
- Exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships
