Overview:

The Director of Community Health and Access is responsible for the strategic direction/leadership of all hospital and clinic community health initiatives in the local community, aligning outcome measures with ministry level goals. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

* Experience: Three to five years of experience in community or public health related position

* Required Education: Master's Degree (in Public Health preferred) or related degree
