Our Stockholm office opened in 2017 and is highly active across the Nordics, working for premium clients on high profile deals: large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates, and LBO's. Our client portfolio stretches across the Nordic region and includes cross border activity in addition to international situations around the world.

Due to the success of our Nordic team we are actively looking for ambitious Transaction Advisory professionals to join us in Stockholm.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
  As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to get involved in multiple financial due diligence engagements, working closely with our European Managing Directors
  
  


• 
  
  A&M work with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap Private Equity houses, corporate clients and financial institutions providing you with broad industry exposure
  
  


• 
  
  You will be given the opportunity to use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, as well as being given exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction
  
  


• 
  
  Our Transaction Advisory team can work alongside operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process

  You will be encouraged to be active in the market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and in developing new client relationships.

Essential experience:

• 
  
  Strong educational background and exceptional academic record, including a strong focus on Finance, Accounting and/or Mathematics
  
  


• 
  
  Experience (including via internships) of Big 4 firms, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity is advantageous
  
  


• 
  
  Fluent business level English is essential and additional Nordic language skills including Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Icelandic are highly desirable
