HVAC Technician at AurStaff in Omaha, Nebraska

Job Description:

Aurstaff is looking for a HVAC Technician for an Assisted Living facility here in Omaha. This position will be maintaining heating and cooling systems, appliances and emergency power. This is a day shift position with the hours between 8am - 5pm and some weekends will be involved.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain heating and air conditioning systems
- Performs preventative maintenance and repair on heat pumps.
- Performs weekly generator checks and maintains log.
- Use electronic work order system to prioritize/organize orders.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- 2 years of maintenance technician experience is required.
- Certification in Trade HVAC/Electric/Plumbing is required.
- EPA certification is required.
