Full Time Janitorial/Maintenance ***$14.00 hour***

As a Facility Maintenance , you will work as part of a team, treating every customer as a guest and maintaining our facilities in top-notch condition so that we may deliver on our goal to run the cleanest travel centers, restaurants, and service centers in the United States.

Responsibilities Include:

*Ensuring that all equipment both inside and outside of the facility are operating correctly

*Must have own hand tools

*Repairing equipment that is not working properly or not working at all

*Understanding of basic plumbing, and electrical

*Duties will include painting, drywall, snow removal, outside landscaping, daily cleaning, etc. as needed

*Apply and observe appropriate safety rules and policies

*Knowledge of facilities repair and maintenance

*Excellent follow up and attention to detail

*Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

*Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

*Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills while maintaining courtesy, professionalism and a customer service attitude

Qualifications:

*16 years of age or older

*Must have strong communication and simple maintenance skills

*Must understand repair needs and respond to requests

*Must be organized, with a strong attention to detail

*Must be flexible an able to shift priorities if needed

*Must be able to lift 50lbs.

*Must have a clean driving record
