Job Summary
The Diversity, Equity and inclusion Consultant is responsible for attracting diverse talent, implementing inclusive hiring practices and cultivating outreach partnerships to meet organizational diversity and inclusion goals.


Job Accountabilities



  • Partner with talent acquisition team, business line leaders and colleague resource groups to support human capital planning and diversity, equity and inclusion goals (e.g. diverse sourcing strategies, talent pipelining, supporting TACs with DEI goals, etc.).

  • Create and manage diversity and inclusion talent workforce strategy including partnerships, outreach events, and budget.

  • Represents Associated Bank on campus, at diversity events and speaking engagements.

  • Manage the Talent Acquisition Compliance Programs related to diversity, equity and inclusion (e.g. Affirmative Action, Job Sites, Outreach Partners, etc.).

  • Leverage internal and external data to consult and educate on best practices, market conditions and building diverse talent pools

  • Manage talent acquisition/workplace awards aligned to diversity, equity and inclusion.

 


Education



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Required
Experience

  • 1-3 years Human Resources, Diversity, or Related Field Required

  • 1-3 years Talent Acquisition and/or Affirmative Action experience Preferred

 


Compliance Statement
Fully complies with all applicable enterprise policies and procedures. Acts in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as outlined in training materials, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act. Responsible for reporting suspicious activity to Financial Intelligence. Responsible to report all customer complaints as prescribed and procedure violations to management or HR. Responsible to report ethical concerns as needed to Associated’s anonymous Ethics Hotline.
