Process Technician (Injection Molding) - $30 / hr at FactoryFix in West Bend, Wisconsin

Job Description:

Comar in West Bend, WI is looking for a Process Technician (Injection Molding) for a 6:00 am - 6:00 pm opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• This position is 3 x 12 shifts from 6am-6pm


• Set-up, install, adjust, repair, test, calibrate, and may operate plastics production line machinery.


• Monitor all process involved in the process including machine temperature, melting hopper levels, synchronization of flow, and flow speed.


• Perform preventative maintenance as needed.


• Weigh formed products for adherence to specifications and regulate spouts to increase or decrease flow accordingly.


• Must adhere to all Covid-19 regulations put in place for employee safety, including required wearing of PPE.


• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment as needed.

• Knowledge of and/ or previous experience in blow molding, injection molding or extrusion molding


• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with an understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronics.


• Technical certification in maintenance or related field


• 3-5 Years of Machine Operations experience (Injection Blow Molding/Plastics Manufacturing)


• Lift and/or move up to 45 pounds and occasionally more with assistance from equipment.
