Let Operations Training believe in you by building your skillset in the areas of time management, organization and communication.  Manage your time using checklists to complete all class preparation.  Enhance your organization in the classroom as you help trainers stay on track throughout the day.  Get to know each trainer’s facilitation style and how to best communicate with them.

Trailblazers – We solve problems with a can-do attitude.

Build a positive learning experience with a can-do attitude before any employees ever step into the classroom.  Preparation begins a week before class.  Start the week out by printing your preparation checklist.  As you move through the morning, use the checklist to send emails to guest speakers inviting them into next week’s class.  In the afternoon, open the training manuals to review and make sure they’re ready to go to the print shop.  Spend time looking at and manipulating accounts in the training system to ensure those accounts are ready to use.  At the end of the day, communicate with the trainers where you are in the prepping process.
