DeBoer & Associates, PC, located in West Omaha, has an opening for a Payroll Auditor. This Payroll Auditor position is a staff position focused on auditing payroll and benefit accounts. The ideal candidate will like problem solving and a lot of analysis using excel or database tools. Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete Agreed Upon Procedures engagements for payroll and benefit information
- Perform and track multiple engagements to timely completion
- Use IDEA data analytic software and apply to audits
- Identify errors and communicate recommend corrections
- Help develop new business by being focused on client needs and new business development
Secondary Responsibilities
- Various financial audit and tax compliance work
Job Requirements for Payroll Auditor
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Ability to complete projects accurately and on-time
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good organizational ability with multiple projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel
