Web Experience Strategist  
Highly motivated, strategic, data-driven, and experienced Web Strategist. As an expert in this area, you will work with business stakeholders, creatives, SEO, and developers to create compelling, effective, and innovative online experiences that result in remarkable, impactful experiences for our customers. 


You will be responsible for managing, understanding, and driving success metrics (conversion, revenue, task completion, customer satisfaction, and others) for the most impactful areas of ni.com. 


You’ll do this through a data-driven process (quantitative and qualitative) and by partnering with a cross-functional team to execute. Finally, you’ll also be collaborating with key product partners to understand their business goals and how to prioritize initiatives based on overall business impact. 


This is a highly visible role that requires you to be resourceful, creative, and persistent.  


  


You Will:  



  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measures for site section  

  • Unify cross-functional teams to ensure that web initiatives are implemented to support business strategies with an eye towards performance and conversion  

  • Formulate and define requirements for specific sections of the website 

  • Develop requirements necessary to deliver the solution and work with technical team on scope necessary to deliver timely solutions (MVP, trade-offs, balance short- and long-term). Familiar with Agile methodologies and able to define Epics and User Stories 

  • Understand and manage individual web commitments, including assessment of how/why we are hitting or missing projection and driving actions to remedy any shortfalls  

  • Assist with quality assurance, ensuring consistency of customer experience  

  • Partner with Analytics, Operations, and tooling teams (Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Search, etc.) to understand and clearly communicate web redesign/test results and implications. Determine and communicate next steps accordingly to stakeholders and cross-functional team.  

  • Understand resources and culture to ensure appropriate communication, delivery and support of recommendations  

  • Drive long-term Web strategy by balancing data, technology, design, and customer needs  

  • Lead projects leveraging a user-centered design approach  

  • Act as the voice of human behavior within the engagement teams, ensuring that appropriate research and design underlies business solutions  

  • Plan, conduct, and lead business partners and SMEs to provide input; white-boarding sessions, workshops and project meetings  

  • Advise business partners of current UX methodologies and best practices that drive results, while maintaining flexibility and adapting to their methods. 

A strong candidate will have: 



  • A BA/BS Degree. 

  • 5 - 8 years of relevant professional work experience (digital and/or web strategy, project management, content strategist, UX). 

  • Expertise in web analytics and tracking implementation. 

  • In-depth working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, AEM, etc. 

  • Experience leading, mentoring and inspiring a team. 

  • Experience in successfully growing relationship and creating customer success. 

  • Be passionate about doing B2B marketing for the fast-growing technology and software companies. 

  • A willingness to learn, help out, and go the extra mile. 

  • Be driven and determined to continually grow as a person and as a professional. 

  • Take initiative: Identify opportunities for improvement and take them to the next level without being told. 

  • Be flexible and adaptable in managing your time and schedule in a rapidly-changing environment.
