Senior Recruiter needed for a Full time, Staff role supporting Yoh RPO's client, can be Remote
Utilizing pro-active recruiting techniques the recruiter will carry a full desk to source and screen talent to fill immediate openings as well as pipeline for future opportunities. The recruiter will work towards fulfilling both individual performance goals as well as contributing to the overall success of the client needs.

* Experience in Staffing, Corporate, or RPO - full life cycle recruitment processes
* Must have experience recruiting for engineering professionals in a manufacturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Demonstrates competency in execution of full life cycle recruitment (source, screen, submit, pipeline, etc.), policies and guidelines and client services objectives. A successful candidate in this role has a track record in meeting ramp or productivity goals. Operates proficiently in filling various types of jobs in various industries, as assigned based on client need. Provides support and takes initiative through the interview process, including performing the necessary screening requirement and through the offer phase.
* Communicate/collaborates with peers by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.
* Demonstrates a proficient understanding of the business and industry; can effectively build relationships with candidates to create and sustain a pipeline for future positions. Can utilize established network to anticipate and meet client requests.
* Effectively utilizes recruiting tools including networking through social media outlets, professional affiliations, job boards, database searches, etc. Including Conducting Sourcing Campaigns and brain storming strategies.
* Works to understand the client's needs, consulting with hiring managers and reacting appropriately in an environment of competing priorities.
* Adhering to OFCCP guidelines and company standards
What You Need to Bring to the Table
* Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
* 2 - 5 years of staffing, corporate, or RPO recruitment experience
* Experience in
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Experience in and a thorough understanding of the recruiting process
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Power Point
* A working knowledge and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
