JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

At OhioHealth, our mission is to improve the health of those we serve. The delivery of quality and cost-effective patient care is our goal. An effective Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program ensures organizational resilience in an environment of change.
The program determines the most significant (non-clinical) operational and strategic risks at OhioHealth and helps to monitor the risks and, in cooperation with the internal owner of each risk, develop effective management strategies to address those risks. The OhioHealth ERM Team is looking for exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. The Sr. Consultant will provide strategic contribution to the program by helping carry out the goals of the department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree (Required)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Bachelor s Degree in relevant field or equivalent training, education,
certification, or work experience in relevant fields required.

Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time.
Proven strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio required.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
CPA, CIA, CPHRM (Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management), or equivalent
certification.
Ability to work on multiple projects with minimal direction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expertise with Microsoft Products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Knowledge of risks identification, assessment, and management frameworks such as the COSO
Framework, ASHRMs ERM Framework, or ISO 31000.
