Description

- Utilize the ERP system to plan and schedule production to consistently achieve a minimum of 98% on-time-delivery.

- Facilitate collaboration between sales, purchasing, engineering and operations, to identify project prioritization that will meet customer expectations.

- Assist in the development of strategic business plans by utilizing the SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operational Planning) process.

- Utilize available and implement new processes to proactively identify and communicate key business drivers and proposed solutions.

- Update plans and schedules to meet changing demands.

- Evaluate material, resources and machine availability in the release of WIP to production.

- Manage inventory processes such as cycle counting, planning parameters, capacity analysis and demand planning.

- Maintain ERP data integrity to facilitate efficient inventory and capacity management, and operational metrics.

- Maintain, review and update all monthly inputs used to calculate safety stocks and inventory targets.

- Track and reconcile weekly/monthly metrics. Review production performance and update planning rates to accurately reflect production capability and available capacity.

- Support other Supply Chain functions, as assigned, and maintain competency in supply chain processes and systems.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
