As a Customer Service Representative, you will perform aggressive and professional customer service for both external and internal customers; be an effective communicator, complete inquiries accurately and efficiently, resolve discrepancies expertly with a high degree of empathy, and always demonstrate a consciences attitude.

Responsibilities
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to customers product and part inquires via email and phone
- Provide item numbers and stock availability on Product, Parts and Software
- Capture and review supporting documentation for special priced orders that qualify
- Provide pricing based on the individual customers Tier level structure
- Be familiar with Company policy, procedures, rules, and guidelines for business
- Have a good understanding of all Sales programs and promotions
- Miscellaneous inquiries (tracking, shipping charges, item compatibility, etc...)
- Assist customers placing orders through the company website when needed
- Maintaining a high customer service rating; bonus paid semi annually
- Process manual purchase orders for customers when needed
- Qualify, initiate, and provide qualifying documentation for credits and billing transactions
- Qualify customers' requests, then create Return Authorizations for items that cannot be returned through the company website
- Routinely following-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Complete special projects and/or other duties as assigned by management team
- Investigate shipping discrepancies (overages/shortages) with shipping warehouse to resolve issue
- Assist customers with cancellation requests and/or additions to existing to orders
Qualifications

Required:
- Minimum 2-year customer service experience in a corporate environment
- High School diploma or GED
- Must possess excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Verbal & written Bilingual Communication (Spanish)
Preferred:
- Knowledge of import and export processes and regulations preferred
