Position Summary

We are looking to bring aboard a DTC eComm Product Manager/Owner at Constellation Brands, reporting into the Director & Head of DTC Growth, to support the range of wines being sold through our newly developed eCommerce sales channels for leading brands like The Prisoner Wine Company, Simi Winery, Empathy Wines, Schrader Cellars, Double Diamond, Robert Mondavi, Meiomi Wines, and more. This position sits within the DTC Growth Org in the Wine & Spirits Division. 

 

Partnering with the other functional leaders on the DTC Growth team, you will support our efforts to build and maintain best-in-class digital commerce experiences for each brand. You will be the digital commerce product owner and play a significant role in shaping the future strategy of the DTC portfolio within Wine & Spirits at Constellation Brands. Your approach will be data-driven and customer-centric, always measuring product impact and user behavior.

 Responsibilities: i.e. what’s the job to be done?


  • Own and deliver the DTC ecommerce product roadmap, documentation, reporting, integrations, and KPIs


  • Collaborate with brand stakeholders to document requirements, use cases, supporting business value and product acceptance criteria


  • Utilize market research, customer feedback, analytics data, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and ensure that the ecommerce digital product remains best-in-class


  • Manage + balance strategic initiatives, enhancements, and bugs while delivering on stakeholder timelines and expectations 


  • Partner with Customer Acquisition, Retention, and Analytics teams within the DTC Growth Organization to deliver on a holistic, consumer-centric, and sustainable approach to growth for the portfolio of brands


Desired Skills/Experience


  • Deep understanding of ecommerce business, consumer mindset, digital user experience, digital design frameworks and processes (design, research, development, etc.)


  • Equipped with the digital technical fluency to be capable of understanding technical constraints and prioritizing and discussing tradeoffs between development and business teams


  • Ability to translate business intent, customer needs, and/or technical direction into clear, concise, well-documented product requirements


  • Capable of building partnerships, managing stakeholders, and working collaboratively with cross-functional partners to drive projects to completion and meet shared objectives


  • Excellent problem-solving skills – ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities and challenges


  • Experience in owning one or multiple Shopify-based eCommerce products highly desirable


Requirements/Other


  • 4-6 years of experience in an ecommerce/digital commerce product management role at a consumer brand with a high-growth focus


  • Must have a valid driver’s license.


  • Must be at least 21 years of age
