Position Overview
As the Managed Services Service Operations Specialist for Diebold Nixdorf you will be responsible for supporting our customers in solving service related issues to help facilitate enhanced customer satisfaction. You will also provide feedback from our customers to the corporation for managed, integrated and outsourcing service customers. In addition, you will work with other teams throughout the company on resolving customer issues and getting answers to customer questions.
You are responsible for
-Reviewing and understanding agreement terms and conditions
-Providing access control for all documents to all parties
-Participating in transition project plan team meeting as needed: ensure compliance to terms, ensure reporting processes are set up, ensure asset management system is set up, and provide team with initial escalation point
-Review revenue spread and billing models and may include invoice vs. managed services reconciliations
-Reviewing billed work by internal service providers and reviewing third party fees or charges as applicable
-Ensuring addendum or document request forms are completed
-Coordinating activities for moves and changes to existing managed services
-Ensuring payment structures are modified or one-time charges are invoiced as applicable
-Documenting change request/notices using problem management system
-Participating in governance operations team meetings with client
