Job Description:

· Work cooperatively with Sales and Service teams

· Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

· Provide product demonstrations both on-site at dealership and off-site at customer homes or offices

· Create videos demonstrating technology use, walk around feature presentations, general buying and servicing processes at the dealership

· Utilize latest predictive technology to engage customers actively looking for vehicles as well as prime prospects

· Relay the benefits of both auto financing and leasing in order to customize a program that best suits the customers

· Act as concierge to customers shopping through our online portals allowing customer to complete an entire transaction without ever entering the dealership

· Make follow-up calls to both sold and unsold customers

· Other duties as assigned
