Issue parts and accessories to customers from the parts counter.
Follow up with customers when orders arrive in stock.
Control files, reference books, and other paperwork at the parts counter.
Maintain customer back order file.
Maintain master parts and price book.
Billing Wholesale and Retail customers for parts orders received online.
Assist in annual Physical Inventory Counts and Weekly Cycle Counts.
Be friendly, professional, and efficient when working with customers and technicians.
