JOB DESCRIPTION

This position contributes to the success of the company by establishing and maintaining good client relations. The Customer Service Representative receives and processes to completion customer inquiries, orders and concerns. Incumbents in this position must have the ability to blend excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and organization to achieve success.

 In this role you will:

• Process, track & expedite customer orders, verifying for accuracy


• Address shipment & delivery inquiries


• Follow up as appropriate


• Maintain excellent records


• Partner with others throughout the company to ensure successful processes


• Coordinate special project tasks

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED


• Two-year degree or relevant certification preferred


• 1 year or more experience in sales &/or customer service


• Ability to understand customers’ needs & relate to production processes


• Strong written and verbal communication and human relations skills


• Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills


• Must be computer literate


• Must maintain a positive attitude
