JOB SUMMARY

The First American Associate Title Assistant collates and gathers information, responds to inquiries, and reviews and validates the accuracy and completeness of data. Provides customer service to external clients and field escrow offices.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Performs administrative support for title and/or escrow operations

* Update and gather information

* Facilitate customer requests and respond to inquiries, internal and external

* Routine administrative duties may include proofreading, gathering information, pulling documents, order intake, reviewing data, posting, courthouse recorder, production typing and file preparation

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS/TECHNOLOGY USED

* Computer proficiency

* Verbal/written communication skills

* Detail orientation

* Customer service orientation

* Ability to multi-task

TYPICAL EDUCATION

* High School diploma or equivalent

TYPICAL RANGE OF EXPERIENCE

* No work experience necessary - entry level position
